Making this rose and cardamom moon milk couldn’t be more simple. Moon milk is a super easy bedtime drink to whip up in under five minutes. Start with warming your milk of choice, adding your spices, adding your sweetener and the mixing really really well.

To serve your moon milk, sprinkle with rose petals and chopped pistachios, this is purely optional but looks super fancy and indulgent too….

Here’s how to make this moon milk with rose and cardamom

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

  • 1 cup (8fl oz) milk of choice

  • 2 tablespoons of tart cherry syrup

  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey/agave/maple syrup - to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon of rose water

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha root powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom

  • Rose petals & chopped pistachios - optional

METHOD

  • Firstly, warm the milk either on the hob or in the microwave.

  • Next, add all of the ingredients and stir with a whisk or spoon.

  • Use a blender or milk frother to combine and create lots of frothy milky bubbles.
