We aim to always provide high quality good that are fault free, undamaged and fabulous. However, on occasion, goods may need to be returned for the reasons outlined below. We aim to keep this as simple and easy as possible:
All sales are final and we cannot accept any returns or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or due to a manufacturing error. Each item is made to order and printed on demand which means that returns and exchanges are not supported unless the item arrives damaged or due to manufacturing errors. In the case of a damaged item or manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement item or refund within 14 days of product delivery. When contacting us, please provide the full details of the damage with a clear photo showing us the issue.
When placing your order, you the customer must provide accurate and complete information. Refunds and cancellations cannot be accepted for incorrect details being input by the customer. If the order shipping details are incorrect, or if the wrong size, colour or item is incorrectly ordered, we will not be held responsible for offering replacements or refunds.
Please note the postage and packaging costs are non refundable. We also cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit.
