Homemade Simple Syrup with Honey

This is a really easy simple syrup recipe using honey rather than sugar. This simple syrup can be used in lots of tea recipes, ice teas, tipsy teas and other cold drinks. It blends into cold drinks much easier than the solid forms of sugar.

The great thing about this, is that different flavours can be infused into the syrup. Try refreshing mint leaves or warming cinnamon, or perhaps your favourite loose leaf tea.
